Chef Jonas Clament Rozario has completed Bachelors of Commerce from Saint Xavier’s College, Calcutta University.  He has more than 35 years of experience in the hospitality industry, having worked for major brands in setting up the Food Production Department at Marine Hotel, Dubai, Ministry of Defense, Sultanate of Oman, Oasis Hotel, Bahrain, Horizon Beach Hotel, Mumbai and Holiday Inn, Surat. He retired as a Senior Executive Chef in 2006. He has hosted television shows and his recipes have been published in various newspaper and magazines. He has also judged major cooking competitions. Currently, he is working as a consultant   for well known hotels and restaurants in Surat.

Mr. Prosenjit Chowdhury has more than 18 years of experience in hospitality industry. He had worked for brands like Holiday Inn, Best Western, and Rajhans, strengthening the departments with his expertise in Food & Beverage, Sales & Marketing, Housekeeping, Operations, Facilities Management and Training. He has completed Masters of Marketing Management from Pondicherry University and Diploma in Hotel Management from Durgapur Society of Management Science, Durgapur, West Bengal.

Mr. Akshay Talekar has completed Post Graduate Diploma in Hospitality and Leadership Management from Ealing Hammersmith and West London College, London, United Kingdom, and Bachelors in Hotel and Tourism Management. He has numerous years of experience in hospitality industry with brands like Holiday Inn, Best Western, Taj Gateway and Hilton hotels in various departments, and expertise in Housekeeping and Food & Beverage Service Management.

Mr. Pradeep Suthar started his career with The Oberoi Towers, Mumbai. He worked there for more than a decade, before moving to Taj Krishna, Hyderabad as an Assistant Restaurant Manager. He has worked with hotel Surya Palace, Vadodara as a Restaurant Manager and the Oasis Hotel, Vadodara, as a Food & Beverage Manager.
